Ferrara Real NY Pizza was born from a simple obsession: recreating the iconic New York slice exactly as it should be — wide, foldable, with a crisp yet chewy crust that crackles on the bottom and melts into flavor at the tip.

We cold-ferment our dough for 48 hours, import San Marzano tomatoes from Campania, and hand-stretch every pie to order. No shortcuts. No compromises.
